1 · The service

Xterium Rust operates community game servers for Rust (a Facepunch Studios title) and this website. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Facepunch Studios. Access to the servers is free; behavior on them is governed by the server rules.

2 · Accounts

Signing in on this site uses Steam. We never see your Steam password; we receive only your public SteamID64. Bans and ladder exclusions are applied per SteamID64.

3 · Purchases

Shop purchases are processed by PayNow Services Inc. as merchant of record; they handle payment, taxes, and refunds under their terms. Perks are virtual, tied to your SteamID64, non-transferable, and grant no gameplay advantage. Reversed payments revoke the associated perks.

4 · Seasons and stats

Ladders reset by season. We may adjust ELO, ranks, or match records to correct cheating, exploits, or technical faults, including retroactively.

5 · Availability

Servers and site are provided as-is; we may restart, wipe, or modify them at any time. Follow the Discord for maintenance windows.
